We know the struggles and stresses of online shopping especially when items don’t fit or when we change our minds.
As we want you to enjoy your shopping experience with us, we are now changing our returns policy.
Therefore, we will be now offering a 7 day return policy (from the date of purchase) on all items purchased from our online shop.
If you would like to request a return on an item(s) please send us an email to email@example.com with your:
- First and Last name
- email address
- contact number
- order number
- reason for return
When we have accepted your request, we will then forward the returns address.
- Please note that customers are responsible for posting items back to us and all returns costs will need to be covered by yourself.
- Please ensure your items are securely wrapped and remember to ask for a receipt as proof of sending.
Once the item has been received and checked over, all successful returns will be credited to the original payment method.
